"Persistently seek the career that is aligned to your purpose" After you have defined the career that is aligned to your purpose, you need to seek it and do it persistently. Seeking the career that is aligned to your purpose is oftentimes a difficult task so you will need to persevere. The type of perseverance that you may need to put in while you seek the career that is aligned to your purpose may be akin to type of perseverance that you sometimes need to put when you pursue your lover. Steve Jobs in a Stanford commencement speech once said, “You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers … If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”
